It would certainly defeat a lot of the point of the card, and would make it better because youre not as vulnerable to artifact removal, but I think its worth paying that price to remove the cognitive load of always having to think, What if? Its rare to see split second on cards and I dont always like it, but this card likely wouldnt feel complete without it
